Overview
- Free worldwide shipping on all orders—no minimums.
- Processing time: 1–4 business days. Orders ship Monday–Friday. During peak periods, processing may lean toward the longer end of the range.
- Delivery estimates below are in business days and start after your order has shipped (weekends and public holidays not included).

- Export routing may use logistics partners (e.g., DHL eCommerce, UPS Mail Innovations) before handoff to your local postal service.
- Remote areas, customs inspections, severe weather, or carrier network delays can extend delivery times.
- If your country isn’t listed, please contact us; most destinations follow the 8–30 business day estimate.
Order Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships.
- Track your package anytime.
- Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after label creation, especially for international shipments.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to VAT, duties, and customs fees set by local authorities. These are not collected by Evry Jewels and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refusal to pay duties or collect a package may result in return-to-sender or abandonment per carrier policy.
Address Changes and Delivery Issues
- Need to update your address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can modify addresses before dispatch; once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur reshipment delays.
Split Shipments
- To speed up delivery, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no additional cost. Separate tracking will be provided when applicable.
Peak Periods
- During holidays and major promotions, both processing and transit times may be longer. Thanks for your patience as carriers manage higher volumes.
